  2. 2pm-10pm Wednesday-Saturday
  3. 6pm-6am Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
  4. 6am-2pm Wednesday-Saturday

Rogue Valley Manor is seeking qualified and compassionate Caregivers and CNAs to join our healthcare team. Starting rate is based on experience, ranging from $16.00 - 20.00 per hour based on experience. Come join our dynamic and passionate healthcare team!


A day in the lifeWe describe our Caregivers as Resident Care Assistants (RCA), and RCAs  work to assist our residents in accomplishing their daily living goals, all the while supporting safety and dignity in our beautiful and homelike care facility.  A strong applicant will display excellent communication skills—both in listening and providing feedback.  We value team members who have a desire to learn, solve problems, and continuously improve.  Innovation is one of our core values, and a well-qualified candidate will be comfortable using a computer and other new tools and technology.  A foundation of prior experience as a caregiver or CNA is preferred, but not required.  We provide on the job training and offer a funded employee development program to support our team member’s professional goals. Rogue Valley Manor Care Suites provides a comprehensive training program to all Resident Care Assistants featuring an extensive orientation. Prior experience in caregiving is preferred but not required. CNA experience is helpful, but not required. Qualified Certified Nursing Assistant are elevated to Resident Care Assistant II, and awarded additional compensation accordingly.
