What you’ll be doing:
Pacific Retirement Services, a non-profit leader in the senior living/hospitality industry, is seeking an experienced accounting professional to serve as an Accounting Systems Analyst-Expense, who will take the lead on the expense side of the Accounting department’s functional and cross-functional responsibilities for software implementation, process improvement and related change management projects as well as day-to-day software process and compliance support as it relates to Accounts Payable/Procurement, Treasury/Banking and Payroll/Timekeeping/Scheduling functions. The successful candidate will have proven ability and knowledge of accounting-based project management and implementation, excellent communication skills to assist with training and on-going system enhancements, and exceptional knowledge of compliance and internal accounting principles.

How you’ll do it:
Other duties include monitoring and maintaining unclaimed property forms/returns in multiple states, providing accurate and timely documentation for audits, cross training with the Manager of Accounting Systems and another Accounting Systems Analyst that focuses on revenue, etc.
