Previous experience in a senior-living environment/CCRC or similar area is a plus!  Successful candidates will have advanced knowledge of all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and company directives related to building operations and work safety.  Qualified candidates will have strong initiative and be resourceful, with demonstrated skills to oversee and perform major and minor building inspections and repairs including (but not limited to) general electrical, general plumbing, lighting, hardware, locks and safety systems.     Qualifications - Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and minimum of four years experience in complete building operations. Or equivalent combination of education and experience. - MEP trade experience or specialized training/certification in one or more of the following areas: lock smithing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC/mechanical and general building repair. - Universal CFC certification required. Additional certification in one or more of the following: HVAC, electrical, mechanical, HVAC and refrigeration systems, process controls, mechanical power transmissions, painting, plumbing, carpentry or engine repair.
