Capitol Lakes, a vibrant and beautiful senior living community in the heart of downtown Madison, is currently seeking an experienced and energetic leader for our on-site front-of-house dining venues.  The Dining Room Manager (DRM) will manage front of house staff ensuring the smooth operation of the dining rooms and address resident needs and concerns immediately.  The DRM will also coordinate catering functions to ensure client’s specifications are adhered to and that everything runs smoothly.   Work Schedule:  Full-time, Days/Evenings (10:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.), Sunday thru Wednesday.  Schedule may vary based on needs of the facility. - Requires extensive knowledge of fine dining room table service or banquet service. - Five (5) to seven (7) years’results-driven dining room leadership experience within a hospitality-and culinary-focused environment; to include multi-venue hotels, resorts, restaurants, and/or high-end senior living environments - Ideal candidate will have a minimum of restaurant management experience and experience with hiring, training and coaching front-of-house staff. - Must be willing to obtain a current Serve Safe Certification Manager’s License. - Help us keep our seniors safe.
