  Mirabella at ASU, a new and modern, upscale retirement community in downtown Tempe, is seeking full-time and part-time Nutritional Services Aides/Servers in our Health Center to ensure that the residents are provided with a dining experience that exceeds their expectations.     What You Will Do - Demonstrate the PRS Core Values throughout your daily routine—excellence, innovation, integrity, stewardship, compassion, and collaboration in fulfilling job duties. - Work one-on-one with existing staff to ensure all Nutritional Services standards are followed. - Keep the Nutritional Services leadership team informed of any potential problems as they surface so they can be addressed in a timely manner. - Lead by example with regard to food safety and sanitation, maintaining an environment and work area that demonstrates safety and sanitation are paramount. - Consistently follow the specific standardized steps of service as directed by the Nutritional Services leadership team during meal periods as you serve the residents and their families. - Attend all team meetings and/or events requiring your presence. - Maintain an attention to detail with regards to resident safety. This includes allergies, texture modifications, and therapeutic diets. - Be knowledgeable of emergency procedures and act in a calm manner in an emergency. - Perform other duties as assigned. What You Will Need - One (1) year of server experience within a healthcare and hospitality focused environment; experience in a senior living environments is  strongly preferred. - Food Handlers Card - ServSafe certification is a plus. Our menu items are made from a scratch kitchen with the highest standards of hospitality in mind.   About the Position: Mirabella at ASU is hiring CNAs!  We are excited to identify compassionate and experienced CNAs for Part-time Nights (7p-7a/12 hr shifts) to provide quality person-centered care and nursing support services for our residents in our Skilled Nursing area at Mirabella at ASU.   What You Will Do: - Assist residents as needed in all activities of daily living. Identify areas requiring action and follow up as needed. - Attend and participate in continuing education programs and department in-services.  - Be constantly aware of safety and follow up on identified risks. Respond to emergency calls on campus per protocol. Able to prioritize and adapt during emergent situations. - Initiate and complete incident reports for any accidents, medication errors, emergency situations, etc. - Assist team members with direct care as needed. - Supervise, assist and implement infection control measure and prevention to insure compliance - Perform other duties as assigned or required.
