Schedule: 18 to 20 hrs per week. Evening shifts. Weekend and Holiday work required.  What you’ll be doing: The Dishwasher will work with our Dining Services team to provide top notch services to our residents. Emphasis on safety procedures and requirements such as operation of kitchen equipment, use of cleaning and sanitation chemicals, water temps, rotation of food items. Involves heavy lifting, carrying and the ability to to load and unload dish machine and other kitchen equipment. How you’ll do it:  - Demonstrate PRS Core Values throughout your daily routine—excellence, innovation, integrity, stewardship, compassion, and collaboration in fulfilling job duties. - Work one-on-one with existing staff to ensure all back-of-house standards are followed. - May be asked to train newly hired and transitioned utility staff in accordance with a consistent and effective training process/program. - Keep the Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, and/or Utility Lead informed of any potential problems as they surface so they can be addressed in a timely manner. - Lead by example with regard to food safety and sanitation, maintaining an environment and work area that demonstrates safety and sanitation are paramount. - Follow the specific standardized dishwashing and/or cleaning processes and procedures as directed by the back-of-house leadership team. - Attend all team meetings and/or events requiring your presence. - Be knowledgeable of emergency procedures and act in a calm manner in an emergency. - Perform other duties as assigned. About you: - One (1) year of dishwashing and/or commercial kitchen cleaning experience within a hospitality- and culinary-focused environment; to include multi-venue hotels, resorts, restaurants, and/or high-end senior living environments is preferred. - Any current state-sanctioned regulatory Food and Alcoholic Beverage Licenses that are required in order to work within the food, beverage, and/or health services environment. - ServSafe certification is a plus.
