Job duties/responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following: - Daily monitoring of all Mechanical Areas and reporting issues to Supervisor or Building Engineer. - Daily monitoring of Aquatics Area which includes chemical adjustments to pool and or spa as needed. - Respond to calls involving 911's. In most cases escorting EMT services to the location. - Provide assistance to the Reception Desk, cover breaks, lunches with the ability to answer and direct calls. - Provide security, door checks, and perimeter checks. - Vacuuming and mopping daily. In addition, this individual work on assignments that are sensitive in nature and confidential.  Job responsibilities and duties may include but are not limited to the following: - Assists with development of training and implementation material for talent acquisition system - Edits and proofreads job descriptions and analyses - Checks references of applicants after interview is complete - Responsible for filing paperwork - Completes or assists with major projects to keep the department in compliance with State and Federal laws and to keep department running efficiently - Transcribes and condenses data as well as preparing packets/booklets as necessary - Updates and duplicates personnel forms as necessary - Operates copy machine, fax machine, and other office equipment - Sends out rejection letters and postcards - Other duties as assigned by the VP of Human Resources and Human Resources staff members - The ideal candidate will possess an attention to detail and accuracy. Candidate should be interested in learning more about operations in a senior living environment. The Hours will be based on department need and availability of intern.  This position is temporary and nonexempt.
