Excellent customer service skills, a self-starter, professional attitude, knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel, etc.) Outlook or a comparable system. Experience in dealing with the public, ability to work with the Elderly and in a team environment. Work with a minimum amount of supervision. Confidentiality critical when relating to residents and staff.
