The candidate must maintain a clean facility, repairing interior and exterior needs of the building, renovating apartments, responding to work orders and assisting the office staff by maintaining resident relations and program integrity. Our Home Health Aides are some of our most valuable staff at Capitol Lakes because of the tremendous role they have to provide continued care and support of our valued residents.     What You Will Do The primary role of the Home Health Aide is to provide companionship, personal care support, and other in-home services for Capitol Lakes Home Health Clients. In specific, the Aide is to support residents physically, socially and emotionally by assisting residents with activities of daily living, fostering independence and freedom of choice and maintaining a clean and hazard-free environment for each resident.
