Mirabella at ASU, a modern, upscale retirement community in downtown Tempe, is seeking a full-time Transportation/Valet Manager to supervise, manage and develop all members of the Transportation team and plan and coordinate the operations of the Transportation department in an effort to promote a progressive customer service culture. A Day in the Life of the Transportation Manager: You will be working in our state of the art Retirement Community alongside healthcare professionals, administrative and support staff.  We have hydraulic lifts in the garage, as well as a transportation office that serves as the HUB for our Transportation team. This role is a working manager role and your duties will be split (about 40/60) among administrative tasks and working alongside your team. The role will consist of managing and creating the schedule, supporting your team, working as a Valet or Driver when needed, and managing the logistics, budget and other processes needed to make the Transportation Department run smoothly.  The Transportation/Valet Manager will establish and manage the transportation program for residents, including but not limited to the Garage Valet Parking Program, Town Car Service, Weekly Bus Routes and Special Event Transportation.  This role is also responsible for hiring and performance management of all Transportation team members.  The Transportation/Valet Manager will also assist with the development and administering of the operating budget for transportation programs.  The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, will have strong organizational skills, strong initiative and will be very detail-oriented.     What You Will Need: - Five (5) years’ experience in commercial driving, transportation services or a related field. - Prior supervisory experience in a similar setting including budgeting, performance management, program development, discipline and management of staff. - Valid driver’s license and be insurable by the designated carrier. Our Home Care Aides are some of our most valuable staff at Capitol Lakes because of the tremendous role they have to provide continued care and support of our valued residents.     What You Will Do The primary role of the Home Care Aide is to provide companionship, personal care support, and other in-home services for Capitol Lakes for clients in Independent Living. There is no travel associated with this position; all services are provided directly in the client's home within the community.    Work Schedule:  Full-time, 3pm - 11pm. Days vary, but must be available to work every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday)     What You Will Need - Some level of homecare experience is preferred but not required. - CPR/First Aide certification preferred but not required. - If CNA certified, must complete ongoing training/educational requirements necessary to maintain Wisconsin certification. - Help us keep our seniors safe.
