No on-call requirements. This position is eligible for  a $500 Sign-On Bonus.  Evening/PM shift differential offered. About  Us Capitol Lakes is a beautiful and vibrant senior living community in the heart of downtown Madison and a part of the Pacific Retirement Services family of senior living communities throughout the country.    About the Position We are currently seeking talented and compassionate caregivers to join our team in our Home Care division by offering support and care of our services provided by our on-site Home Health division. Our Home Health Aides are some of our most valuable staff at Capitol Lakes because of the tremendous role they have to provide continued care and support of our valued residents.     What You Will Do The primary role of the Home Health Aide is to provide companionship, personal care support, and other in-home services for Capitol Lakes Home Health Clients. In specific, the Aide is to support residents physically, socially and emotionally by assisting residents with activities of daily living, fostering independence and freedom of choice and maintaining a clean and hazard-free environment for each resident.
