The right candidate must be able to assist Director of Resident Services in all departmental functions with an emphasis on activity coordination. Must possess strong managerial and supervisory skills, have exceptional and speedy command of office computer programs especially MS Excel, Word, Power Point and Publisher. A successful candidate must be flexible, focused, detail-oriented and able to manage several projects simultaneously. Self-motivation, transparency and accountability are important qualities of a successful candidate. Strong customer service skills, diplomacy and patience are essential. Exceptional communication skills, including excellent writing ability are required. The ability to maintain a flexible schedule for unexpected events is strongly desired. Visual creativity with written materials is a big plus. Will consider candidate with strong managerial and leadership abilities for training in customer service-related responsibilities.
