This provides the opportunity to learn all about food safety, sanitation rules and regulations and how to implement them. - Dietary aides take resident diet orders, serve them meals, make sure their special meals are safe, attractive and enjoyable. (CNA certification is preferred but not required.)  Our Home Care Aides are some of our most valuable staff at Capitol Lakes because of the tremendous role they have to provide continued care and support of our valued residents.     What You Will Do The primary role of the Home Care Aide is to provide companionship, personal care support, and other in-home services for Capitol Lakes for clients in Independent Living. There is no travel associated with this position; all services are provided directly in the client's home within the community.    Work Schedule: PRN/On-call (as needed)   Due to the unique needs of our Home Care services, days may vary from week to week.  There is opportunity to pick up extra hours if desired.  Flexibility to work occasional weekend and holiday shifts is a strong plus.    What You Will Need - CPR/First Aide certification preferred but not required - If CNA certified, must complete ongoing training/educational requirements necessary to maintain Wisconsin certification. - Help us keep our seniors safe.
