Our menu items are made from a scratch kitchen with the highest standards of hospitality in mind.   About the Position: Mirabella at ASU is excited to identify compassionate and experienced nurses (LPN or RN) to provide quality person-centered care and nursing services for our residents in our  Memory Care and Assisted Living areas at Mirabella at ASU.   Work Schedule:  8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. weekdays with flexibility to work every other weekend shift.   What You Will Do: - Delegate and assign appropriate tasks to team members while working closely with them to ensure accountability, communication,and effective work. - Supervise and support assigned staff.  This includes follow through on Service Plans, skin checks, completion of care, prevention of falls, etc. - Manage medication and treatment administration for an assigned group of residents.  - Identify,  gather and report changes in resident conditions as well as document findings, notify physician and responsible party and will create a resident-specific and person-centered Service Plan to address - Receive, transcribe and review physician orders for accuracy, including reconciliation of all medications and controlled substances - Responsible for directing the admission of new residents and maintaining and promoting resident rights, privacy and dignity.  - Review 24hr report and other pertinent nursing documentation from previous shifts. Identify areas requiring action and follow up as needed. - Attend and participate in continuing education programs and department in-services.  - Be constantly aware of safety and follow up on identified risks. Respond to emergency calls on campus per protocol. Able to prioritize and adapt during emergent situations. - Initiate and complete incident reports for any accidents, medication errors, emergency situations, etc. - Assist team members with direct care as needed. - Supervise, assist and implement infection control measure and prevention to insure compliance - Perform other duties as assigned or required.   Are you in need of extra hours in this challenging time? Rogue Valley Manor is seeking General Support Caregivers  to support our community of seniors during this time of increased need.  We are looking to hire ASAP! In this position you will be helping with caregiving but could have other tasks as assigned. We are looking for people who are open to all shifts and all departments.    What you will do: In a typical day, our team assists residents with activities of daily living such as eating, dressing, walks with residents around our beautiful campus; visits, laughs and dines with residents; reassures and comforts residents; and assists them to create quality moments and find meaningful ways to spend their days.  We will train! CNA or previous caregiver experience can be helpful but is not required.   Must haves: Must be willing/open to work all days/all shifts. Must be open to working in all capacities at the community. Must be able to pass a drug test and background screen. Must understand this job is temporary in nature.
