To also provide set up and take down of catered events, both resident and general public.   This position requires specialized knowledge of the methods and technique for cleaning carpets, stripping, waxing and polishing a variety of floor surfaces such as wood, marble, linoleum, terrazzo, vinyl and asphalt tile.
