At a high level, the COO is responsible for the oversight of our company’s operations and works collaboratively with the C-suite and division vice presidents to ensure our continued success for years to come. This position is based out of our central office in Medford, Oregon where we have over 100 employees providing shared services (accounting, sales, research and development, marketing, IT, human resources, etc.) to our communities.

Pacific Retirement Services (PRS) is a non-profit owner/operator of high-end Continuing Care Retirement Communities - currently 12 CCRCs in 6 states. We are seeking to hire an experienced and dynamic leader to be our new Regional Vice President of Operations to oversee our communities in Northern California and Texas. In general this person will oversee, evaluate, and provide management support to the Executive Directors (ED) at each of the following communities:
- The Meadows of Napa Valley in Napa, CA
- The Peninsula Regent in San Mateo, CA
- Saratoga Retirement Community in Saratoga, CA
- Trinity Terrace in Fort Worth, TX
- University Retirement Community in Davis, CA
Overall this position is in charge of the operations functions as well as analyzing and appraising the effectiveness of EDs they support. This position requires a significant amount of travel and reports directly to the PRS COO.
Pacific Retirement Services is looking for an Accounting Operations Specialist with a desire to affect change and collaborate on process improvement. This role includes supporting day to day operations as it relates to payroll, time keeping, and other accounting departments. Duties will include, special projects, conversions of accounting systems, project management of company initiatives, monitoring of internal controls, and identifying and promoting efficiency in operations. A background in payroll and multiple state pay laws required. The ideal candidate would have excel, accounting, project management and payroll experience.
