How you’ll do it:  - Sell using a relationship-based sales process: conducting discovery and listening to qualified prospective residents’ needs, wants and concerns; personalizing sales approach to each individual prospective resident according to their unique personality and buying style. - Contribute to community census by qualifying leads, managing a pipeline of prospects, conducting sales activities, recording notes in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, receiving deposits and moving in new residents. - Manage self-driven daily activity by scheduling and completing sales activities and accurately recording their completion utilizing the community’s CRM software. No on-call requirements. This position is eligible for  a $500 Sign-On Bonus.  Evening/PM shift differential offered.
